Who we are:

Rathbone is a charity based in West Norwood which has been supporting people with learning disabilities all over Lambeth for nearly 40 years.

We work with children, young people and adults who have a learning disability. This also includes other conditions such as Autism, Epilepsy, Down's Syndrome and physical disabilities. Find out more about learning disabilities at our information page here.

We have a number of different projects, including two care homes and and an Outreach Support Team for people who live in their own home, or with their family, but need support workers to visit them. We also run youth clubs, adult activities and outings.

The support Rathbone provides varies as widely as the needs of the people we support; this can include travel training and escorting for people who need support to attend college, work placements, appointments or planned activities.

Find out more about our services here.
