What we do: Residential Service / Outreach Service / Supported Living Project / Youth Club Supported Living Project This small family sized home will accommodate three people with high support needs in a Supported Living situation. The service differs from residential care in that each of the residents is actually a tenant of the property, which is provided by a landlord – who is separate from the care provider. The service is managed by Jacqui Malcolm, with the team also comprising of a Senior Support Worker and five Support Workers. Each of the tenants has an individually tailored package of care and support is provided on an individual basis rather than as a group. Click here to find out more about Supported Living
